From Page to Practice Course Waiver

By participating in From Page to Practice (the “Coaching Sessions”) offered by Power of Healing, LLC (the “Studio”), I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms below.

If I have questions, I understand I may contact the Studio for clarification before participating.

Personal Responsibility & Wellbeing

I understand that coaching is a supportive, educational process and not therapy, medical care, or a substitute for professional treatment.

I acknowledge that:

• I am responsible for my own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

• I will consult a licensed healthcare provider if I have questions about my ability to participate.

• I will listen to my body, honor my limits, and stop any activity that feels unsafe.

• I will inform the Studio of any relevant medical conditions or changes.

I participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for my experience and outcomes.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that some Coaching Sessions may include movement, breathwork, or other embodied practices that involve physical and emotional exertion. I accept any risks associated with participation, including potential physical discomfort or emotional responses, and agree to participate at my own discretion.

The Studio reserves the right to limit or decline participation if safety concerns arise.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• All prices are per person and cover Coaching Sessions only (travel and personal expenses are not included).

• Payment plans must be completed in full.

• Once program materials are released, all sales are final and non-refundable.

• Missed sessions are not refundable; recordings will be provided when available.

If the Studio cancels:

• A cancelled individual session may be rescheduled or transferred.

• If the full program is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

• The Studio is not responsible for travel or related expenses.

Confidentiality

The Studio honors confidentiality and treats personal sharing with care and respect.

I understand that:

• Confidentiality may be broken if required by law or if there is a credible risk of harm to myself or others.

• Group participants are encouraged to respect one another’s privacy, though the Studio cannot guarantee confidentiality within group settings.

Intellectual Property

All materials, teachings, recordings, and content provided by the Studio remain the Studio’s intellectual property and may not be reproduced, shared, or sold without written permission.

Media Release

I understand that photos, video, or audio recordings may be taken during Coaching Sessions.

I grant the Studio permission to use my approved image, voice, or testimonials for educational or promotional purposes, unless I notify the Studio in writing otherwise.

Release of Liability & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the Studio and its owners, staff, contractors, and representatives from any claims arising from my participation, including those related to ordinary negligence.

I agree to indemnify the Studio for claims resulting from my actions or my violation of this agreement.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any unresolved disputes will be handled through binding arbitration via JAMS, conducted in New Jersey or virtually.

Final Acknowledgment

I confirm that:

• I have read and understand this agreement.

• I am participating voluntarily.

By signing below, I agree to these terms and confirm my readiness to participate in the Coaching Sessions.
